My dear sun-starved souls.
Here we are, already at January 31st, the ultimate date of this month once infamous for lasting at least 234 days. Back then, it was said that January had the annoying habit of making itself comfortable and stretching out like a marathon runner, creating the illusion that winter would last forever. But today, that same month flies by at the speed of an encyclopedia skimmed diagonally you start at the letter A, and before you can say "abracadabra," you're already at Z.
So, no time to catch your breath before you find yourself at the finish line, January 31, with a ton of good resolutions (diet, exercise, saving money, being kind to your managers… or not) already gone as fast as a lone sock in the washing machine. In this whirlwind of time, the only stable point you can hold onto is your feet. They're there, loyal, heroic, ready to support you literally.
The question is : how to thank them ? The answer is simple : by dressing them in wonders signed by me. Because let's be honest, if January is going to rush by at the speed of a high-speed train, we might as well be well-shod to keep up. The sales are still on, and it's the perfect opportunity to thumb our noses at this supersonic month by saying : "If you're going to pass by so fast, you might as well leave me with unforgettable memories with every step."
So, on this January 31st, bid farewell to this long (or lightning-fast, depending on your perspective) month and properly celebrate the end of this winter sprint. Your feet will thank you, and you'll close January gracefully, with fresh soles ready to explore February. Treat yourself and have a wonderful January 31st, everyone !
