Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind, you can return your order within a maximum of 14 days* by making your request via the returns portal if your order was delivered in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Portugal, and by following the instructions provided on the returns form for all other countries. More details below.
*The 14-day period is counted from the date your order is received at home, or from the date it is made available at a relay point. After this period, all returns will be refused.
Upon receipt of the shoes, if they are intact and everything is returned in the same condition: box in perfect condition, dust bag, papers, totebag, sole intact and plastic under the sole in place, we undertake to refund you or send you your credit note by email within 7 days of receipt of your return package. In the event of a refund, you will be credited to the credit card, gift card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.


RETURN CONDITIONS BY GEOGRAPHICAL AREA :


  • RETURN - METROPOLITAN FRANCE : 


  • New at PB! Returns are now simpler.
     If you wish to return your order to us, provide the necessary information on the return portal 
    and choose between two types of return:
     -  in store at 20 rue Beaurepaire 75010 Paris
    - or by post.

    Store returns are always free of charge, as are returns in exchange for a credit note.




    For a return by post, you will need to choose between two options:




    RETURN IN EXCHANGE OF A CREDIT NOTE: which entitles you to a FREE RETURN:

    The credit note sent is a gift card valid for 1 year that you will receive by email and is therefore non-refundable once it has been created. Once you have made your request, you will receive a free returns label to download and place on your parcel. This label must be used within 7 days of your request. Once your parcel has been received and checked, a gift card for the amount of the returned pair(s) will be sent to you by email.


    RETURN FOR A REFUND:

    In the case of a return by post, you can download a return label to put on your parcel, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. The cost of this return label is €5.50 for one pair. The generated label must be used within 7 days of your request, by dropping off your parcel at a Shop2shop by Chronopost relay point. See the list of partner outlets here.
    Once your parcel has been received and checked, you will be notified of the refund by email and the refund amount will appear in your account within a few days, depending on bank delays. 
    Please note that exchanges are no longer offered by the company. The customer will be able to place a new order if he/she wishes.




  • RETURN - EUROPEAN UNION :

  • - For the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Portugal and Spain, it is possible to request a return label via the dedicated portal. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or credit note. This amount is €10 for one pair.
    Once your return request has been validated, you can download a shipping label to affix to your return parcel. The parcel is to be dropped off at a DPD relay point, see the list of relay points on the www.dpd.com website.
    If you don't have a relay point available in your area, you'll have to make your return yourself as indicated in the step below. Don't forget to contact customer service to inform them of your return.

    - For all other European Union countries, you are responsible for the return shipment, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. Please follow the instructions on the returns form. You can then return your order to the following address:

    We suggest you choose tracked delivery against signature and to insure it up to the value of your pair.



  • RETURN - COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION AND FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES :

  • For all returns outside the European Union and French overseas departments and territories, please follow the instructions provided with the returns form and the accompanying explanatory sheet, otherwise your return package will be refused. It is particularly important to mention on your parcel that it is a return of goods, and to provide the necessary documents (invoice, etc.).
    If the above conditions are not respected, any costs incurred (customs duties, handling fees) will be deducted from your refund or invoiced in addition.
    We also suggest that you choose tracked delivery against signature and insure it for the value of your pair. If you can't find the documents you need for your return, please contact us using the details below.
    Tip: if you wish, it is sometimes possible to obtain a refund of customs fees paid on import when returning goods. To find out more and/or make your request, please contact the customs authorities in your country.
