Customers are entirely responsible for access to their Customer Account, and in particular for the
confidentiality of their chosen login and password. They undertake not to divulge them, nor to
allow their use by unauthorized third parties for any reason whatsoever.
 
The Customer undertakes to contact the Company as soon as possible in the event of the
slightest suspicion of piracy or unauthorized use of their Customer Account.
 
The Company cannot be held responsible for identity theft or misuse of the Customer Account
and the consequences thereof.
In accordance with the law, the provision of personal data is optional, based on the Customer's
explicit agreement to use the Site's services.
 
The Customer is informed that this processing, in particular the management of email addresses,
Customer and Prospect files for online sales, is carried out by the Company and has been duly
declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) on March 26, 2014, under
number 1753604.
 
The Company collects and processes the personal information communicated by the Customer in
order to operate the Site and its services in an optimal manner and to enable the ordering of
Products through the Site.
 
Personal data collected in this way is intended, first and foremost, for use by the Company in
managing and securing the Site, as well as in managing its database of customers and
prospects.
 
Unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions, all other data is retained by
the Company for a maximum of 3 (three) years after the end of the commercial relationship.
The Company undertakes not to communicate, assign or transfer personal data to third parties
without the prior written consent of the Customer concerned, unless required by law or requested
by the competent and authorized authorities.
 

Customers may object to the transfer of their personal data to third parties by ticking the
appropriate box when registering.
 
However, subject to the Customer's opposition, the Customer's personal data may be
communicated to third parties, the Company's commercial partners, in particular in connection
with the ordering and delivery of Products.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended by the
Act of August 6, 2004, customers who have provided personal data have the right to access,
rectify, oppose and delete the processing of their personal data, which they may exercise free of
charge by sending an email to contact@patriciablanchet.com or by writing to the following
address: Société BIBL, 20, rue Beaurepaire - 75010 Paris.
 
At any time, the Customer may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data
concerning him or her, and in particular request the closure of his or her Personal Space, which
will result in the irretrievable and definitive deletion of the personal data contained therein within 1
(one) month.
