Free in-store returns
You may return your items free of charge at our store located at 20 rue Beaurepaire, 75010 Paris.
Colissimo return – Mainland France
Paid return starting from €7.50.
The return request must be made via your customer account or through the return portal available at the bottom of our website, using your order number.
🇪🇺 Europe (EU)
For orders delivered within Europe, return shipping costs are borne by the customer and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard return: return fees apply according to the destination country, in accordance with the Standard rate indicated in the applicable pricing table.

Express return: return fees apply according to the destination country, in accordance with the Express rate indicated in the applicable pricing table.
The corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund.

🌍 International (outside the EU)
For orders delivered outside Europe, returns are also subject to a fee and vary depending on the country and the original shipping method:

Standard return: when available, fees are applied according to the Standard rate of the destination country.

The corresponding fees will be deducted from the refund.

📦 Uncollected or refused parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier, or if the parcel is refused and returned to sender, the return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
The refund will be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected at our premises.

*The 14-day period is calculated from the date the order is received at the delivery address or, for deliveries to a pick-up point, from the date on which the customer actually takes possession of the parcel.
Click & Collect: for all orders collected in store, you have 14 days to return your order, starting from the purchase date (and not the collection date).
After 14 days: no exchanges or refunds.
