On this extraordinary day of February 21st, I’d like to talk to you about a symbol that also broke the rules: the famous Peace and Love sign designed by Gerald Holtom. Behind this symbol, which has blossomed on t-shirts, banners, and sometimes on your guys' forearms, there was a man with an idea. And that idea wasn’t so far-fetched..

In 1958, Gerald Holtom, a British artist seeking to make an impact, designed this symbol to support the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND). And if you've ever wondered where its unique design comes from, know that it is actually a combination of semaphore signals (the flags waved to send messages) representing the letters "N" and "D" (for Nuclear Disarmament).

We applaud ingenuity! Holtom admitted to having drawn a silhouette of a person with their arms lowered, expressing despair. And yet, what could have been a sad symbol became a universal emblem of peace. It just goes to show that great ideas emerge from moments of doubt!

Which explains my destiny, because I could totally see myself as a water skiing champion. Slaloming like the Little Prince and jumping over the small waves created by the boat pulling me. But after soaring over an incalculable number of ramps, I decided to put my skis away after one jump too many—the one where I had to leap over a pool filled with white/ivory sharks.

Obviously, I didn't chicken out and I made that jump over those beasts, the smallest of which measured 7 meters 70. There were five of them. But once I was back on solid ground, I realized the risk I had taken and my teenage recklessness.

If you've ever heard the expression "Jump The Shark", know that it refers to my past daring.

There you have it, now you know everything. Kisses.
