If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier, or if the parcel is refused and returned to sender, the return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be processed once the parcel has been received and inspected at our premises.

The 14-day period is calculated from the date your order is received at the delivery address or, for deliveries to a pick-up point, from the date on which you actually take possession of your parcel. After this period, all returns will be refused.
