THE TRUE STORY OF THE KARMA FLIKA
I'm a cute little face to whom one would give the Good Lord without confession.
But I'm also a superb moccasin. And moccasins are good for Patricia Blanchet. They give air and ballast. This Karma Flika is an opportunity for me to pay homage to Karma Police. Is it any good ? Have you got it ? Here you go.
So I wanted you to be able to enjoy it. Because, and I'm happy to tell you, this cute moccasin is perfect for you. It's your other half. The one you've been waiting for since you were born. You're welcome.
And why did I want to pay tribute to Radiohead? Because I went to see them in concert in 1992 or 1832, I don't remember, and when I got back from the venue in Manchester, I couldn't find a car to take me back to the hotel. And yet I was young and pretty. Despite this and my thumbs-up, no car would stop. Desperate, I stopped hitchhiking and walked, walked, walked for long minutes in the freezing rain.
Until a bus pulled up alongside me. I had no money to get on, so I declined. But when I saw Thom Yorke's face, I understood. They invited me onto their tour bus. It was fun. The whole band was there. We played Uno, and drank Tang most of the night. I felt so good that I didn't realize they'd driven me all the way to Glasgow. Which didn't suit me as my plane ticket was from Manchester. It's all right, my little darling,” Thom told me. Stay with us, you'll see some scenery and we'll take you back to Paris where our tour ends in 3 months”.
I've certainly seen a lot of the country. And I also have the joy of knowing all the boys in the group. I've got my favorite, but I'd be careful not to tell you who it is. We kept in touch, and that's how I learned that High and Dry was written as a tribute to me. I've kept in touch with them, but unfortunately I no longer have the time to get on the bus with them for their tours.
