THE NEWS THAT SENDS LOVE AND SHOW-OFF
Patricia is your next big thing.
We’re already halfway through the autumn-winter season. Time flies so fast. It's unbelievable. That’s exactly why we need to seize the present moment. With both hands.
For example, if it’s not too late, I highly recommend getting tickets to see Nick Cave. Yes, it’s at Bercy, and yes, it’s expensive. Well, maybe don’t listen to my ideas and instead opt for a concert at the New Morning, for instance. It’s a great place, very cozy, where you might even meet the artists at the bar after the concert. Or during, if they’re thirsty.
And once you step outside, you can stroll down Faubourg Saint-Denis. This little stretch of street has become the Disneyland of drinking in just a few years. Every entrance is an invitation to have a drink. Every time I've walked by, the atmosphere has been friendly and fun.
But to be honest, it's not the best idea if you believe, like I do, that time flies at the speed of a supersonic plane. In that case, you have to limit the evenings, outings, drinks, parties, and after-parties. In short, people.
Get up early, no later than four o'clock, and opt for some divine breaths. Then, do some stretching exercises while listening to a lecture by Boris Cyrulnik. At 6 a.m., it’s time to go out for your minimum 7-kilometer run while listening to a podcast by Maïa Mazaurette about why you do what you do and why you do it wrong. After that, you can sit down to enjoy your granola prepared the night before. At six-thirty, the sun will rise, and you’ll laugh at it for all that laziness. Loser!!!
Here’s what I suggest if you want to find inner peace. But maybe it will also give you outer peace. And is that desirable? Because what’s better than getting together to talk, listen, exchange, argue, make up, kiss, miss each other, call, or text? Nothing. Because the other is a risk worth taking. Muchos besos.
