PATRICIA BLANCHET ROCKS YOUR BOOTS - 28/01/22
The end of the month is here and with it the beginning of your self. Your inner self, the one that crackles in front of my jewels. You've waited long enough, you've stretched yourself enough not to allow yourself the right to treat yourself to a pair.
A pair that would be really bummed if you didn't choose it as your shoe of the year in 2022.
According to an IFOP survey, Patricia Blanchet shoes have more benefits than essential oils, homeopathy and a raclette party with friends (washed down with Chablis) combined. So I'm telling you straight out, my dear sisters, put on the shoes you deserve. Believe me, the Almighty would not have created me if he had thought otherwise.
I imagine that, like me, January 28th makes you think of the first publication of Pride and Prejudice (such nice alliterations) in 1813, a novel by Jane Austen that I reread every month to immerse myself in the British atmosphere that suits my boobs so well.
And it's a shame that this book has never been given a proper adaptation, as was the case for Sense and Sensibility, thanks to a director (Ang Lee) and a cast that helped enormously.
January 28th also marked the start of the construction of the Eiffel Tower, which was not intended to last. By the way, is the Eiffel Tower left-wing? Or right-wing? You have three hours. And all my admiration.
A much-needed reworking of a Joy Division classic that's good for the Heat :
